We have not found any proof yet that the person using the email address is a scammer but we have verified their location in Senegal. If you are talking to this person and they are telling you they live somewhere else then that should be a big flag.
Are you talking to someone using this email address?
Can you answer yes to the questions below?

Are they a widow(er) with kids and did their spouse die in a "motor crash", "ghastly accident", a disease like "cancer of the breast", "cancer of the brain" or while giving birth?
Are they out of the country they claim to live in for any reason or suddenly have to go out of the country for any reason?
Did they give you their email address or instant message ID within the first 3 or 4 messages they sent you on the site you met them on?
Did they want to get away from the site and talk on instant messaging very quickly for any reason?
Did they profess their love for you very quickly without really knowing that much about you?
Is their English, spelling and grammar either not very good or even horrible? Is it very different from the way their about me sections on their profiles are written?
Does it seem like sometimes you are talking to someone much younger than the age they claim they are? For example, do they use terms generally used by kids rather than adults over 40 like hit me up, wit (with), dat (that), etc.?
Do they call you babe, baby, honey, angel, etc. a lot, sometimes 5 or more times in a single conversation or email or to the point where it starts to get very annoying?
Do they seem to talk about money issues quickly, first in a good way like the big amount they will get for their "contract" or how wealthy they are but then problems or possible problems come up?
When talking on instant messaging, do they use the annoying "ding" a lot or seem to take a long time replying?
All comments are about the scammers and not the innocent people in the pictures

Chat with me
One of the first things a scammer will do is to try and get you away from the site to chat with them on instant messenger. Scammers try to work very fast in most cases and IM is much faster than conversating through emails and web site messages.
Read my profile
Another reason scammers want to get you away from the site is to keep you from seeing any warnings that may be posted on the profiles. Check profiles very carefully and pay attention to how they are written as opposed to how they talk on instant messanger.
Search for me
Many times, when someone you meet gives you their email address, you can find them on other sites by doing a search on your favorite search engine site. They could already be listed on a few scammer awareness sites like this one.
